My coaching program is holistic - I don't believe in improving one aspect of your life by taking away from another. With the clear + aligned goals, optimised mindset, and inspired action you can not only excel in one aspect of your life but can peak in performance and happiness in every area.
How this works:
• Call in details are provided upon confirmation, where you'll also receive a questionnaire which will help us both gain clarity on where and how you're desiring support. Please do your best to complete this 12 hours before our scheduled call time.
• I highly recommend preparing for the session by bringing your responses to the questionnaire, as well as your dreams+intentions and any questions you may have about coaching with me to the call.
• We will connect on zoom.us
